How It Works
From Original File to Translated File, Without the Rebuild
Lingivio translates the words inside your document while protecting the structure that makes the file work.
Free credits every month · no card required
-
Upload the Original
Add a supported Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text, subtitle, or image file. Lingivio checks the format, size, page count, and language options before translation begins.
-
Review the Exact Cost
The Translate button shows the credit cost calculated from the actual file. No work starts, and no credits are charged, until you approve it.
-
Translate Only What Should Change
Text is translated in place. Formulas, numbers, codes, links, geometry, and structural elements are protected according to the file format.
-
Verify the Result
Lingivio checks protected content before completing the job. Individual sentences that fail our checks come back in the original language rather than as a guess, visibly, inside the otherwise translated file. If nothing in a file can be translated safely the job fails and every credit is released.
-
Download a Usable File
Download the same kind of file you uploaded, translated and ready for review. Every finished job shows what you were charged and flags anything worth checking; the API returns the detected languages and segment counts for every job.
What Is Protected
Numbers, formulas, product codes, URLs, and email addresses are protected in every format. What else survives depends on the file type, and which languages a format can output depends on how the file is rendered.

- Text that is rewritten
- Numbers, formulas and codes, returned unchanged
