Check whether the tool returns a usable file in the same format or leaves you with text that must be copied back into a document.
What Remains Intact
Inspect formulas, numbers, codes, tables, styles, headers, footers, slide layouts, and page geometry — not only the translated sentences.
The Price of the Actual File
Compare the cost of your real document, including minimum charges, OCR, page limits, file-size limits, and any plan required for its format.
Supported File and Language Combinations
Confirm that the required target language is supported for the output format you need. Office files and PDFs do not always have identical language coverage.
What Happens When a Job Fails
Check whether a failed or cancelled job is charged and whether the tool explains what went wrong.

Review how long files are retained and whether customer documents are used to train models.

When Lingivio Is Not the Right Choice
Choose a qualified human translator when you need sworn, certified, or professionally reviewed translation. A free text translator may also be sufficient when you need only a short block of text and do not need the original document returned.
Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Hindi are not currently available for PDF or image output. Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or a supported text format when you need one of those target languages.
