Business and Teams

Translate More Documents. Create Less Clean-Up.

Give your team one workflow for translating spreadsheets, reports, presentations, contracts, PDFs, and images, without rebuilding every file afterwards.

Remove the Work That Comes After Translation

  • Keep Operational Files Operational

Formulas, number formats, slides, tables and document structure stay protected.

  • Handle Mixed Document Workloads

Translate Office files, PDFs, scans, images and text formats in one workflow.

  • Scale Beyond One-at-a-Time Uploads

Use batch processing, higher concurrency or the API for repeatable translation flows.

  • Know the Cost Before Work Begins

Every file is quoted before translation starts, and every finished job shows what you were charged.

Questions

How Many Files Can I Translate at Once?
Batch upload takes up to 20 files in one go on the Professional, Business and Enterprise plans. Each file is quoted before any of them is translated, and the job for each file is charged on its own.
Which Plans Include the API?
API access is included on the Business and Enterprise plans. Keys are created in the app, and a file sent through the API goes through the same pipeline as a file uploaded in the browser, so it comes back the same way.
Can Several People Share One Account?
Plans are per account today. Credits, limits and keys belong to the account that holds the plan, and there is no separate seat pricing. If your team needs more than one account or a shared arrangement, talk to sales before you buy.
