Content you must not upload
Content you do not have the right to upload, translate or send to our processors, including content covered by someone else's copyright, trade secret or confidentiality obligation where you lack permission.
Child sexual abuse material, content that sexualises minors, or any content whose creation or possession is a criminal offence.
Content produced or intended to threaten, harass, defame, or incite violence or hatred against a person or group, and content intended to facilitate terrorism or serious violence.
Malware, exploit payloads, or files crafted to attack the parsers in our pipeline or the systems of anyone who receives the output.
Content whose translation is intended to deceive: forged identity or official documents, fraudulent invoices or contracts, or material for a scam or disinformation campaign.
Uses that are not allowed
Reselling or reverse-engineering the service, or using it to build a competing translation service.
Circumventing credit accounting, rate limits, plan limits or authentication, sharing credentials, or creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free allowances.
Automated traffic beyond the documented rate limits, load or penetration testing without written permission, or any attempt to disrupt the service for other users.
Attempting to extract another user's content, to probe for vulnerabilities in a way that risks other users, or to use a model prompt to make the system act outside the translation task.
What we do and do not check
We do check, and you should know how. Every upload is scanned for malware before it is translated, and an upload that carries images is also checked for illegal or abusive imagery; a file that fails either check is refused, and a serious or repeated failure puts the account in front of a person before it can start more work. What we do not do is match your files against known-material hash databases, and no automated check is right every time in either direction — so this policy is also enforced on report and on evidence, and the responsibility for what you upload remains squarely yours. It is the same reason the pipeline refuses a file it cannot parse safely rather than guessing.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, suspend or close the account, and where the law requires it, report the matter to the authorities. Serious breaches — in particular illegal content — result in immediate closure without notice. Unused plan credits are not refunded when an account is closed for a breach of this policy.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse of the service, illegal content, or a security vulnerability to the abuse contact address in the identity block. Include enough detail for us to find it. We take reports about our own service seriously and will confirm receipt.
