Terms of Service These terms are the agreement between you and Velniq Labs Ltd for your use of Lingivio Translate. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Privacy Policy This policy describes what Lingivio Translate does with personal data. It was written against the actual code and database schema, so where the system does something a privacy policy would not normally admit to, it is written down here instead of being left out. Subprocessors The third parties that process personal data on our behalf when you use Lingivio Translate. This list is compiled from what the running system actually calls, not from a vendor inventory. Cookie Policy What Lingivio Translate stores in your browser, why, and for how long. This page covers cookies and browser storage alike, and says which each item is. The short version: everything the app sets is strictly necessary or a preference, except two analytics items that are stored only if you allow that category and are deleted if you withdraw. Refund Policy How refunds work, who issues them, and how the statutory right of withdrawal interacts with a service that starts consuming credits the moment you use it. Data Processing Agreement For business customers who need a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. This page is the agreement we offer; a countersigned copy is available on request once the operating company is incorporated. Acceptable Use Policy This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It sets out what you must not do with Lingivio Translate, and what happens if you do.
